Introducing Expert as a Service: Rentable Intellect, Precision Execution

The old positioning was about infrastructure sovereignty. That framing was accurate, but it described the chassis instead of the vehicle. What we actually ship is not a self-hosted appliance — it is a curated expert workspace: a domain-specific execution environment with a pre-loaded knowledge substrate, quarantined mutations, and a visible reasoning trace.

Today we are migrating the brand to match the product.

The Migration#

The root landing page is now the Expert as a Service experience. The sovereign infrastructure story is not gone; it has been reframed as the execution layer underneath the expert. That is where it belongs. Operators hire expertise because of outcomes, not infrastructure.

The new landing page follows a simple flow:

1. Hook — Rentable intellect. Precision execution.
2. The Roster — Specialized operators for specific domains: production, infrastructure, commerce.
3. The Moat — Sandboxed execution, refined data forgery, trajectory transparency, precision tool use.
4. CTA — Initialize a session. Three steps. No sales call.

Every section is translated and componentized. The Roster Grid is reusable; the same component can surface on the onboarding page or in future marketplace views without rewriting layout logic.

What Changed in the Stack#

• components/marketing/RosterGrid.tsx — discrete expert card grid with role, title, description, and tags
• app/[locale]/(landing)/expert/page.tsx — the new preview landing page, currently mounted at /{locale}/expert
• messages/en.json — all new copy externalized under Landing.expert.* for i18n scaling

The old Lattice OS landing page remains intact at app/[locale]/(landing)/page.tsx until the final promotion review is complete.

The Moat, Restated#

The technical capabilities that differentiate this platform from a generic LLM wrapper are now positioned as premium features, not backend documentation:

• Sandboxed Execution — mutations are quarantined and integrity-verified before promotion
• Refined Data Forgery — dynamic RAG isolates context boundaries so the expert reasons strictly from curated sources
• Trajectory Transparency — observe the raw reasoning stream and inspect the agent trajectory before accepting the output
• Precision Execution — clinical tool use, no approximation, rentable intellect for operators who need exact outputs

These are not marketing abstractions. They are live behaviors in the stack: LocalSandboxRunner, QuarantinePromotionManager, useConversationStream, and the SSE stream contract in app/api/conversation/route.ts.

What Is Next#

1. Promote the preview landing page onto the root route
2. Wire the Roster Grid into the onboarding wizard completion state
3. Expand the consultant profile schema in Supabase to support dynamic roster population
4. Add locale translations for the new landing sections
